Egyptian Okra

Ingredients
1 pkg okra, frozen
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp onion flakes, dehydrated
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can(s) tomato sauce (8 oz.)
water about 1 cup

1. In a pot over medium high heat add all ingredients. Add enough water to just about cover the okra.
2. Bring to boil then lower the heat, cover and let it simmer for about an hour or until the okra is very tender and sauce is thickened.
3. Serve over white rice or with pita bread.
