Emotions, Body and Our Behaviour

Emotions, Body and Our Behaviour

When we think about our emotions we may just touch the surface of this matter yet, our emotions, feeling and sensations are important elements that might have positive or negative effects in our body and behaviour.

Think about when you are happy, and then become aware of your body in terms of:

  • How does your body feel?
  • Do you feel very light or heavy?
  • Do you feel like jogging, walking, or just strolling along the street or road?
  • How do you interact with other people?
  • What is in your mind?

Is your perception about the near future, or tomorrow, or the past?

Now think about when you are not happy, sad, stressed or maybe anxious or angry.

  • How does your body feel?
  • Do you feel very light or heavy?
  • Do you feel to jog or walk or just stroll along the street or road?
  • How do you interact with other people?
  • What is in your mind?

Is your perception about the near the future, or tomorrow, or the past?

Now think about when you are content with yourself; you have good self-esteem, you feel strong, resilient, mature, confident, and successful (according to your definition).

  • How does your body feel?
  • Do you feel very light or heavy?
  • Do you feel like jogging or walking or just strolling along the street or road?
