About Dr. Karim
Dr. Guirguis is a licensed chiropractor with over 25 years of clinical experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa and his Doctorate from New York Chiropractic College.
His approach to care is centered on identifying the root cause of pain and developing individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term function. He integrates a range of techniques based on each patient’s needs, including manual and instrument-assisted methods.
Approach to care
Dr. Guirguis’ interest in health and rehabilitative therapies has been a long-standing focus throughout his career. While initially pursuing orthopaedic surgery, he became more interested in helping patients recover through non-invasive, preventative approaches centered on movement and function.
This led him to chiropractic care, where he integrates clinical assessment with hands-on and supportive therapies to help patients recover, improve mobility, and maintain long-term health.

Dr. Guirguis provides care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to seniors, and tailors treatment based on individual needs and comfort.
His clinical focus includes:

He also incorporates Applied Kinesiology, allowing him to integrate elements of nutrition, physical therapy, and other supportive techniques into treatment when appropriate.

Dr. Guirguis is a certified NAET practitioner with over 15 years of experience, offering non-invasive allergy testing and treatment for environmental, seasonal, and food-related sensitivities.
He is also trained in deep tissue laser therapy and utilizes Class IV laser technology to support the treatment of acute and chronic muscular and joint conditions.
