Recipe of the Month!
Egyptian Molokhia Ingredients 4 cups chicken broth 2 lb(s) chopped molokhia leaves, bought frozen and thawed 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 2 tbsp coriander Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup olive oil 1 onion, peeled and diced ½ cup apple cider vinegar Directions 1. Bring chicken broth and molokhia leaves to simmer. 2. In a separate pan, saute the olive oil, garlic and coriander until garlic is golden. 3. When molokhia is warm and thawed, add garlic and coriander mix. Add salt & pepper to taste. 4. In a separate dish, mix diced onions and apple cider vinegar . Pour Molokhia soup over rice and add onions & vinegar mix on top (about two table spoons) To add meat to this dish, you can add pieces of cooked chicken to each plate. Enjoy!
